IT Vacancies We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to work on the PlatformEco platform (Node.js + SQL), build integrations with internal and external products, and participate in strategic architectural decisions within a large corporate organization.

🕹 Responsibilities:

— Work on the PlatformEco platform (Node.js + SQL), build integrations with internal and external products, participate in strategic architectural decisions

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— Higher technical education (IT, mathematics, physics, cybernetics)

— Experience in developing AI agents

— 5+ years in development, including 2+ years as a Tech Lead / Team Lead for a team of 4-7 developers (with code reviews, mentoring, task decomposition, participation in hiring)

— Real production experience with one of the following stacks: Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, SQL

— Deep practical experience in building integrations: Event-driven architecture (Kafka / RabbitMQ / equivalents), API Gateway, routing, rate limiting, Idempotency, retry/backoff, error handling, sagas, Designing asynchronous systems with delivery guarantees

— Experience with low-code/no-code platforms

— Experience working in a large corporate organization (5000+ employees)

— Understanding of architectural patterns — microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD

— Proactiveness

— Negotiation skills without formal authority

— Balance of "player-coach / leader"

— Resilience to corporate bureaucracy

— Transparent communication

— Will be a plus: working knowledge of RAG, LLM, MCP

— Will be a plus: experience in the insurance / financial / corporate environment

— Will be a plus: readiness to develop in the direction of AI agents and autonomous systems
