🔷Tasks: Predict churn at the individual client level: who will leave, when, and why; Determine who will return organically and who needs to be brought back through communication; Develop and test churn risk metrics and indicators; Build segmentations and DAC behavioral patterns for targeted intervention; Generate insights for retention and reactivation teams; Support and develop ML models in close collaboration with data scientists.
🔷Mandatory requirements: From 3 years of experience in data analytics; Experience in customer analytics: RFM, cohort analysis, LTV calculation, assessing the incremental effect of communications; Higher education.
