📊 Marketing Analyst / LTV Analyst 💰 $1,400–2,000 🌍 Remote 💻 Crypto / FinTech / MFO

We are looking for an analyst for an international Crypto MFO project who will manage the secondary client base.

The main task is to analyze the behavior of existing clients and identify growth opportunities for repeat loans, refinancing, and LTV.

🔥 What you will do

• Analyze refinancing and repeat loans by cohorts and client segments. • Research customer behavior between loans and identify churn points. • Determine segments where repayment rates are falling and investigate the reasons. • Segment the client base for different mechanics: standard communication, promotions, special offers, and conditions. • Analyze the impact of rates, credit products, promotions, and other mechanics on LTV and repeat loans. • Develop and calculate hypotheses for reactivating the "dormant" base. • Transfer segments to Retention / CRM / Call Center for action and evaluate the results. • Analyze tests: CR, additional loans, revenue, LTV changes. • Monitor secondary base metrics and promptly identify dips.

🧠 What's important

• Proficient SQL — JOIN, CTE, window functions, aggregations, complex selections. • Experience working with large client bases. • Understanding of cohorts, LTV, segmentation, retention, churn, and reactivation. • Ability to analyze customer behavior history and identify patterns in data. • Proficient Excel / Google Sheets. • Experience with Metabase or other BI systems and independent report building.

➕ A big plus would be experience in MFO / FinTech / Crypto / Gambling / Betting or other projects with a large repeat customer base.
