🚀 We are looking for Senior Product Managers at Sergek Group. Two products. Two different challenges. 📍 Almaty/hybrid

We currently have two senior product positions open in the fields of Big Data, transportation, and environmental solutions.

🔹 Big Data & Mobility Analytics A product line based on large-scale urban mobility data: from commercial data products for business to transport analytics for cities. Focus areas: product strategy and roadmap, finding PMF, MVP and pilots, monetization and pricing, unit economics, development of data products and transport analytics, working with B2B/B2G clients. We are looking for a specialist with 5+ years in Product Management, experience with data products, analytics, or B2B SaaS, who knows how to bring a product from hypothesis and MVP to revenue. SQL/BI, understanding of data architecture and data quality, as well as experience with enterprise clients and sales cycles will be valuable.

🔹 LEZ & Environmental Products A field at the intersection of technology, transport, ecology, and government regulation: Low Emission Zones, air quality monitoring, and solutions for reducing the impact of transport on the urban environment. Focus areas: product strategy, regulatory framework, working with government bodies and akimats, technical requirements and integrations, air quality monitoring, unit economics, B2G and international projects. We are looking for a specialist with 5+ years in Product/Project Management and experience with regulated products or B2G. Strong stakeholder management, presentation skills, and the ability to work with government and other senior stakeholders are important. Experience in ecology, ESG, transport, ITS, GR, international or donor projects will be a plus.

For both roles, independence, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability not just to manage a backlog, but to build a product and influence its development are essential.
