💰 2. Monetization and Developer Experience. Developing a product for developers: pricing, monetization, personal account, and tools that help sell apartments more effectively through Avito.

🤖 3. Data-driven / LLM. Building a lead qualification and management system: data, models, LLM, and product mechanics that more accurately connect buyers and developers.
