We continue to strengthen our Support – we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Client Automation Team, which is developing an AI support assistant. You will be launching new scenarios, improving the quality of LLM responses, developing the customer journey after ticket purchase, and reducing the support load through automation.
High adaptability to changes, the ability to quickly dive into new subject areas, decompose complex processes, make data-driven decisions, and evaluate AI solutions based on their impact on user and business metrics, rather than technological hype, are important. A background in business analysis will be a big plus.
