Position: L2 Technical Support Operator Location: Serbia Format: Office Experience: no experience required

✅ Development Area: An international IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, most of which are online entertainment services.

Tasks:

• Handling user requests on the second line of technical support;
• System Monitoring: continuous monitoring of system status to identify and prevent potential problems;
• Constant written communication with foreign partners;
• Working in messengers;
• No calls, only written communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• English language proficiency - B2;
• Skills in using PC/office suite or Microsoft Office;
• Sufficiently fast typing speed and basic knowledge of office software;
• Ability to work under high load, responsible approach to work, stress resistance;
• Communication skills for interacting with internal teams;
• Teamwork, willingness to understand and solve problems.

Plus Skills:

• Experience with monitoring systems and ticketing systems;
• Business correspondence skills.
