About the company Billions is a B2B platform for accepting payments in stablecoins (USDT/USDC). Funds are credited to the merchant's IBAN in fiat. We connect companies from travel, luxury, business aviation, e-commerce, and professional services to crypto payments. Regulation: Canadian MSB license. Our markets are the EU/UK, Turkey, and Central Asia.

Why we need this role The number of processes and tasks is growing. We need a person after whom any meeting ends with tasks, every task has an owner and a deadline, and the whole team knows what's happening and what's next.

▪️ What you will be doing ▫️ Structuring the work of the entire team (product, development, design, compliance, sales) and reporting directly to the founder. ▫️ Organizing task breakdowns: gathering the right people, preparing agendas, driving discussions to decisions. ▫️ Maintaining the backlog and task boards in Notion: prioritizing, removing unnecessary items, monitoring status updates. ▫️ Conducting syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives, coordinating meetings between team members. ▫️ Summarizing every meeting: decisions, agreements, responsible parties. Immediately after the call, entering the outcomes into tasks and notes. ▫️ Structuring workspaces in Notion, Slack, and Google Drive so that any information can be found in a minute. ▫️ Monitoring deadlines, identifying risks and blockers in advance, and escalating them before they become problems. ▫️ Regularly reporting to the founder on the team's task status.

▪️ Who we are looking for ▫️ 5+ years in a Project/Delivery Manager role in IT, fintech, or product startups. ▫️ Experience managing a cross-functional team that includes roles beyond just developers. ▫️ Excellent proficiency in Notion (databases, linked records, templates, views), Slack, and Google Workspace. ▫️ Ability to summarize concisely and accurately: based on your notes, someone who missed the meeting understands everything. ▫️ Proactiveness: you don't wait to be asked, you bring order yourself. ▫️ Fluent Russian and English (B2 level or higher).

▪️ It will be a plus ▫️ Experience in fintech, payment systems, or crypto. ▫️ Experience building processes from scratch in a startup. ▫️ Experience working with a distributed team across different time zones.
