✅ Work location: Odintsovo (MCD-1 line)

✅ Corporate transport from and to Odintsovo station (3 minutes to the enterprise)

What are the tasks:

✅ Development and implementation of long-term and short-term marketing strategies for brand promotion

✅ Brand P&L management and calculation of economic indicators

✅ Analysis of trends and forecasting their development

✅ Development of recommendations for assortment expansion based on the analysis of consumer preferences

✅ Formation of the brand's assortment strategy

✅ Formation of pricing policy

✅ Participation in the development and launch of new products/product categories together with R&D

✅ Formation of the brand budget, expense control

✅ Development and implementation of a 360 brand communication strategy

✅ Development of design concepts for product packaging and advertising materials.

We expect:

✅ Higher education (marketing, sociology, management, economics)

✅ Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in the FMCG sector (food products)

✅ Knowledge in the field of product marketing and NPD launch

✅ Methods of competitive analysis and pricing

✅ Knowledge of Power Point and Excel at an advanced user level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
