Imported fruits and vegetables supplier Avtalon is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will take full control of the company's financial function and provide the owner with transparency of finances, cash flows, and financial results.
We need not just someone who prepares reports, but a financial leader capable of anticipating risks, managing liquidity, and turning numbers into concrete management decisions.
Your main tasks:
- Management of the company's financial function;
- Treasury and payment calendar;
- Liquidity management;
- Daily cash flow control;
- Financial planning;
- Budgeting;
- P&L, Cash Flow, and management balance sheet;
- Plan-fact analysis;
- Financial forecasting;
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable control;
- Working capital management;
- Interaction with Russian banks;
- Work with credit lines and bank financing;
- Control of financial indicators for several legal entities;
- Consolidation of management reporting;
- Automation of financial reporting;
- Preparation of clear financial analytics and proposals for decision-making for the owner.
What is important:
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer;
- Strong practical experience in managing the finances of an operating business;
- Experience in treasury and liquidity management;
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning;
- Confident understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, and management balance sheet;
- Experience interacting with banks;
- Proficient Excel and 1C;
- Ability to independently understand the financial situation and build a control system.
