Vacancy: Chief Scrum Master (Program-level) Company: BGStaff Recruitment Agency 📍 Location: Tashkent (relocation from RF / CIS) Schedule: Office-based, 5/2, 09:00–18:00 (Tashkent center) 💼 Employment: Full-time 💰 Salary: 2,000 – 3,500 USD (gross, negotiable)

Context: A technology company (banking software) is implementing an operating model "Program → Cluster → Team". We are looking for a leader who will transition Scrum Masters from the "meeting facilitator" mode to managing delivery predictability.

Area of Responsibility:

1. People: Line management of 8–15 SMs. Career paths, grades, training.
2. Processes: Live Playbook (DoR, DoD, CI/CD gates). Escalation management.
3. Metrics: Implementation of dashboards with lead/cycle time, predictability, MAPE, defect leakage. Decisions based solely on data.
4. Engineering: Control of the CI/CD pipeline, code review, static analysis.

Requirements (hard skills): — SM experience of 3+ years with cases of launching/rebuilding processes. — Technical background (development, QA, DevOps). Understanding of pipelines, microservices. — Work with metrics: from collection to interpretation. — Line management of 3+ people.

Conditions: — Office in the center of Tashkent, 5/2. — Fixed-term contract for 6 months → indefinite. — Vacation: 28 days. — After 12 months – hybrid work upon KPI achievement.

Environment Stack: Jira, CI/CD (any), Power BI / Tableau / Superset.
