We are looking for a 1C Analyst with expertise in the ZUP configuration, who will participate in the development and support of the company's key corporate systems. This role is suitable for a specialist who can balance business needs and technical implementation, effectively interact with users and the development team, and is interested in developing internal products and automating business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Development of 1C-based systems (ZUP KORP, Accounting KORP, Document Management)
- User consulting (standard and non-standard configurations)
- Gathering and formalizing requirements, writing technical specifications for developers
- Task assignment and prioritization for the team
- Participation in the development of internal products and integrations with external systems
- Testing and quality control of implemented solutions
Requirements:
- 1C work experience from 2–3 years
- Confident knowledge of configurations: BUH KORP, ZUP KORP, Document Management is desirable
- Experience in writing technical specifications and assigning tasks to developers
- Understanding of integrations and data exchange between systems
- Skills in working with users and business requirements
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in multitasking mode
Will be a plus:
- Experience with BSP / custom configurations
- Experience participating in the implementation or development of products
