Key Account Management Team Lead (KAM Lead, B2B, iGaming)

⚡️We are looking for a **Key Account Management Team Lead (KAM Lead, B2B, iGaming).

📍Cyprus, Limassol or remote.** #vacancy Responsibilities: ✅ Manage a team of account managers: distribute tasks and priorities, monitor workload. ✅ Monitor the quality of client communications and compliance with SLA standards. ✅ Handle onboarding, training, and development of managers, provide regular feedback, participate in performance reviews. ✅ Participate in hiring new account managers. ✅ Engage in working with key clients and complex escalations, ensure stable service and client retention. ✅ Analyze operational and client metrics, suggest improvements based on the analysis. ✅ Optimize client and internal processes, establish standards for documentation and reporting. ✅ Coordinate work with sales, product, integrations, and marketing departments - synchronize client obligations, releases, content updates. ✅ Prepare reports for management, identify risks and growth opportunities at the operational level.

Who we are looking for: ✅ A specialist with experience in B2B iGaming in an AM Lead / Senior Account Manager role, ideally in a content or slot provider. ✅ A manager with proven experience in recruiting, developing, and leading a team. ✅ Understanding the specifics of iGaming content and the logic of provider operations (slots, live products). ✅ A manager with an analytical mindset and experience working with SLAs and client standards and metrics. ✅ Possessing structural and process thinking, strong organizational and communication skills. ✅ English at least B2 level. Will be a plus: familiarity with compliance processes (DD, KYC).
