About The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Product Growth to own and scale Cleo’s users and revenue metrics.
This is a leadership role with full accountability for subscriber revenue and unit economics. You will own the subscriber P&L and drive growth across the entire lifecycle — acquisition, conversion, monetisation, and retention.
You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Commercial, Strategic Finance, and Product teams to ensure we grow both fast and sustainably.
