Product Manager X-sell Pay Offline
Pay Offline is a new business vertical within Yandex Fintech, aiming to bring Yandex's leading products (Paybox, Split, and other credit products) into the world of offline payments. Our goal is to maximally expand the product's market. It is already estimated at 50 trillion rubles in annual turnover and represents the majority of payments made in the country.
What tasks await you
Product growth and execution of key launches
- You will work directly with the development team, including conducting all necessary rituals and navigating complex corner cases in interaction with them * Finding and converting growth points in the product into tasks, related to conversion metrics and payment speed, new product scenarios and integrations with complex adjacent systems of cash registers and loyalty programs * The skill of creating and implementing long-term roadmaps and prioritizing within them is important
Forming a proactive and implementable X-sell development strategy
- You need to formulate a plan and navigate key forks in finding the balance between advertising and product placements on post-transaction interfaces * You will adapt the engine of personalized offers for display to Pay Offline users * A separate focus on interaction with adjacent business units (AdTech) to implement offers sponsored by partner merchants or suppliers
Deep interaction with analytics and a true data-driven approach
- Creating a mechanism for conducting continuous tests to find the optimal and best balance of offers for the user * Working on the entire funnel, including finding growth points in adjacent products that influence the completion of the target action, and their implementation * Combining transparent analytics on experiment results and explaining them in terms of business effect for key stakeholders and managers
Creating and scaling the Custom Thank You Page product
- Finding and validating exit points from payments via others' DBO (Distant Banking Operations) and driving traffic to our surface * Implementing and scaling complex integrations to create a platform product for adjacent units, based on which a showcase of offers (tips, reviews, ratings) could be assembled from different form-factors of the payment product * Constant work on improving communications and searching for maximum conversion in communications * Discovery and understanding of technologies for push notifications, messengers, and other methods of informing users * The ability to quickly understand complex technological systems and explain them in simple, understandable language to everyone

- Have worked in product management, with confirmed successful cases of product growth in Tier-1 tech companies
- Understand how x-sell & CVM mechanics work in banking or e-commerce products
- Can form and lead high-performance teams
- Have been involved in analytics and conducted complex A/B tests, including bandit and switchback mechanics
- Deeply understand analytics, market dynamics, and customer insights
- Possess developed strategic, creative, and analytical thinking
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills: know how to inspire the team and work with cross-functional units
