🚀 Looking for an HR Coordinator at Grand Games We are Grand Games, a Kazakh tech holding company from Ust-Kamenogorsk. We develop digital products used by millions of people: our flagship project is Grand Mobile, one of the largest open-world mobile RPGs in the region. We are also developing the food delivery service EMENU and projects in the field of artificial intelligence.

We are currently looking for a strong HR Inspector who will take over the full cycle of employee HR support and help build modern, systematic, and sustainable HR processes.

📍 Location: Astana (Astana Hub, office-based work) or Ust-Kamenogorsk

What you will do: • Conduct full-cycle HR administration; • Prepare employment contracts, additional agreements, service agreements, and other HR documents; • Work with Enbek and HR accounting; • Support leaves, personnel changes, and dismissals; • Manage migration support for foreign employees; • Consult employees and managers on HR issues; • Participate in the automation and improvement of HR processes.

What is important to us: ✔️ Experience of 3+ years in HR administration / HR Operations; ✔️ Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and HR document flow; ✔️ Practical experience with Enbek; ✔️ Experience in IT, digital, startups, or fast-growing companies will be an advantage; ✔️ Independence, systematic approach, and attention to detail; ✔️ Readiness to work in a dynamic environment and switch between tasks quickly.
