We are looking for: an AI sub-systems lead for an AI-first startup at the pre-seed stage. The role involves working directly with the CEO and CTO: developing AI architecture, planning and prioritizing the AI direction, managing development, and participating in the creation of core AI services.
About us: we are building AI-first services for automation and scaling of business processes in the salon industry in the CIS.
Stack: Python, Celery, Redis, TypeScript, PydanticAI, OpenAI, Postgres
What needs to be done: — design and develop AI/backend architecture; — participate in development and fixing complex technical problems; — build a roadmap and long-term development of AI services; — manage and mentor AI/Backend developers; — make key technical decisions together with the CEO and CTO.
Requirements: — strong experience with Python and the AI/LLM ecosystem; — understanding of production-grade AI systems; — experience in designing backend/system architecture; — experience managing a development team; — ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions.
