White Rabbit Family is a Russian restaurant alliance founded by Boris Zarkov in 2011. The alliance's restaurants are recognized by prestigious Russian and international ratings, including the Michelin guide and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants rating.
We are looking for a manager to develop and implement a Pinterest brand presence strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an annual and quarterly Pinterest strategy for each brand (content pillars, target audience, communication tone);
- Prepare texts for pins: headlines, descriptions with keywords, CTAs, alt-texts;
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) and work with restaurant photo materials (menus, dishes, interiors, events);
- Publish pins and manage boards: organize boards by topics (menus, interiors, events, local guides);
- Plan posting, A/B test creatives/descriptions/timing;
- Set up and launch targeted campaigns in Pinterest Ads (promoted pins, videos, collections), manage the budget;
- Test audiences and creatives, optimize CPA/ROAS;
- Prepare a detailed monthly report + insights and optimization plans for each brand.
We expect:
- 1–2 years of experience with Pinterest — managing commercial accounts (1–2 brands), preferably in HoReCa, retail, or food-related industries;
- Strategy and content — development of content pillars, calendars, thematic campaigns for vertical format (Canva experience is mandatory, photo/video is a plus);
- Pinterest SEO — keyword selection, optimization of headlines, descriptions, boards, and alt-texts;
- Analytics and reporting — experience with Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics (UTM), building reports with metrics (reach, saves, traffic, conversions);
- Advertising (optional, but a plus) — setup and optimization of Pinterest Ads (targeting, CPA/ROAS);
- Portfolio with cases — links to accounts/cabinet screenshots, examples of pins, content calendar, digital results (subscriber growth, reach, CTR, CPA, etc.).
