PAPA JOHN'S pizza chain is looking for an SMM Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Social media development for the brand: developing an SMM strategy, including creating a content plan, content categories, and executing daily publications across all channels.
- Independent content creation and full-cycle work: developing scripts and subsequently implementing shoots (videos, clips, stories, including KV), editing, setting, writing texts, conducting photo shoots, etc.
- Creating unified account management guides for network partners: design, description, current stories, highlights, TOV, etc.
- Briefing designers, finding models, locations, and other components for successful photo and video content.
- Performance monitoring (tracking reach statistics, engagement, subscriber growth, and other metrics, including report generation).
- Development and launch of "viral" concepts/projects.
- Collaboration with bloggers and influencers.
- Analysis and tracking of trends (memes, challenges, etc.); selecting the best cases.
- Competitor monitoring.
Requirements:
- You are a producer, creator, and videographer all in one: you know how to make engaging Reels, including shooting, editing, voice-overs, and post-production; as well as conduct product and lifestyle photo shoots (must have a portfolio to confirm cases).
- Full command of AI services (where would we be without them now).
- Work with editors: CapCut / Canva / Figma / Tilda.
- Proficiency in platforms: VK, Telegram, Forbidden Social Network, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Max, etc.
- Proficiency in analytics services: LiveDune, Popsters, HypeAuditor, Meta Business Suite, Yandex.Metrica.
- Ability to set up advertising: VK Ads, Telegram Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in auto-posting platforms: SMMplanner, Amplifer, Livedune.
- Good visual experience and a feel for trends.
