We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the growth of online sales for a fashion brand.
Important: at the start, this is a hands-on role — you will independently launch advertising, work with the website (Shopify), analytics, and CRM. You don't have a large team at your disposal — you'll be doing the key things yourself.
What you will need to do
Your main task is to increase online sales through marketing, website work, and analytics.
What this means in practice:
— Independently launch and manage performance advertising (Meta* — the main channel)
— Test new markets and audiences
— Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and fix them
— Work with the website and Shopify (product cards, structure, collection preparation, UX)
— Set up and develop CRM (Hubspot)
— Improve lead processing with the sales team
— Analyze channels and disable those that do not generate sales
— Develop Pinterest and TikTok as traffic sources
— Quickly test hypotheses and scale what works
This is a role for someone who loves to delve into numbers, find patterns, and build systematic growth — through their own actions, not just ideas.
