🎯 What will you be doing? • Developing strategies and media plans (Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit) • Launching and optimizing campaigns (ROI) • Supporting sales (presentations, proposals) • Working with retention and lead generation • Analytics, reports, dashboards

✅ What do we expect? • 5+ years in performance / paid ads • Strong analytics and campaign optimization skills • Experience with various advertising formats • Client communication • English C1+
