Expanding the in-house recruiting team, searching for people who know the media buying market from the inside and can quickly close difficult positions.

Three roles are open:

🔹 Team Lead, Recruitment Build hiring processes, lead a team of recruiters and sourcers, be responsible for metrics and vacancy closing deadlines. Experience in media buying/arbitrage hiring and team management experience is required.

🔹 Senior Recruiter Full cycle of hiring for key roles: media buyers, buying team leads, farmers, creatives, tech specialists. It is important to understand what distinguishes a strong buyer from an average one.

🔹 Sourcers Search for candidates on LinkedIn, Telegram channels, chats, and specialized communities. Looking for those who love to dig and find people who are not on job boards.

For all roles, market knowledge, speed, independence, and the ability to speak with candidates in their language are important.
