The team is responsible for conducting checks on exchange transactions for signs of market manipulation and insider trading.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- monitor exchange transactions of Sber group companies in automated systems to identify signs of market manipulation and insider trading
- analyze transactions and orders for signs of unfair practices (market manipulation and insider trading)
- conduct checks and investigations on identified non-standard transactions, compile and submit reports (notifications) to regulators
- conduct checks based on requests and instructions from regulators/exchanges regarding MNII/MR, prepare responses to inquiries
- participate in preparing business requirements for projects to automate new algorithms in automated monitoring systems for identifying signs of market manipulation
- participate in preparing training materials on MNII/MR issues, train and advise bank personnel
- participate in developing internal regulatory documents related to the division's area of activity.
Requirements
We expect you to:
- have relevant work experience of at least 2 years related to combating market manipulation, or in divisions related to operations in the financial market
- have experience in identifying non-standard transactions (orders)/suspicious operations
- know the regulatory framework (39-FZ, 224-FZ, 5899-U, 5549-U, 5222-U)
- be able to prepare official documents, analytical reports
- be capable of working with large volumes of information
- be proficient in application software packages, legal reference systems
- be able to use neural networks in daily work.
