Description

We are looking for an Executive Director who will be responsible for GR projects and special projects in the Indian direction.

Responsibilities

· Preparation of materials for the participation of the bank's management in GR events (working meetings with regulators and government agencies, round tables, forums, working group meetings), formation of minutes based on the results of the events;

· Coordination of meetings, requests, and correspondence with regulators, banks, and government agencies;

· Drafting official letters and responses to regulators' inquiries;

· Formation and maintenance of a GR events calendar, stakeholder-map;

· Conducting research and preparing materials for obtaining and renewing licenses, expanding the bank's presence, obtaining regulatory approvals for launching new products.

Requirements

· Higher education;

· Work experience in Government Relations / Regulatory Affairs / Market entry and expansion projects for over 15 years (preferably in the financial sector and in foreign markets);

· Basic knowledge in the field of banking regulation: KYC/AML, currency control, licensing;

· Experience in preparing analytical and regulatory materials;

· Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly parse regulatory documents;

· English language: C1/C2.
