Head of User Acquisition
🔎 We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to take ownership of all performance marketing for Appercut. This is a role for a performance-first growth leader who will be responsible for scaling paid User Acquisition, defining the growth strategy, developing the team, and directly influencing the company's business results.
Areas of Responsibility and Key Tasks:
- Be responsible for achieving key business metrics for the UA direction
- Formulate UA strategy, be responsible for the efficiency and scaling of Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat channels
- Manage, develop, and scale the User Acquisition team
- Build the UA operational model and performance standards
- Create and develop frameworks for testing creatives/funnels and scaling traffic
- Build from scratch and develop a traffic acquisition automation system — principles and logic of operation
- Work in-depth with analytics — from marketing metrics to unit economics and LTV
- Collaborate with creative and growth teams: assist with the direction of creative development and jointly seek growth points at all stages of the funnel
- Analyze the market, competitors, and new opportunities for scaling
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Experience with advertising budgets of $1.5 million+/month
- Experience managing and developing a UA team, including hiring, building processes, and developing specialists
- Ability to build UA frameworks and operational processes
- Deep practical expertise in Meta Ads
- Experience with acquiring traffic for web funnels in subscription-based B2C digital products
- Data-driven approach and systemic thinking
