Healz.ai is the only AI agent for people with cancer, growing 2-3x MoM and saving lives. Looking for a hands-on Head of User Acquisition.

It's an opportunity to work with founders who went 0 to $20M ARR in 12 months three times (TechCrunch) and built 2 SOTA models, for healthcare and for self-driving cars. Investors incl. ex-Google DeepMind, the CEO of RTP Ventures, Citadel Securities. Oncologists from top-20 cancer hospitals worldwide.

The role

Own marketing end-to-end and grow into CMO. Hands-on in the ad account from day one, owning CAC/LTV/payback while scaling Meta budgets $20k+ to $100k+ to $1M+ monthly at target ROAS.

What you will do

• Own the metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS
• Start by running the ad accounts yourself
• Manage creators, build the creative pipeline, test hundreds of creatives
• Hire the team as budgets grow

What we are looking for

• You scaled b2c apps from 0 to $100k+ budgets, ideally past $1M
• Meta is your main channel. Google Ads only is not a fit
• B2C subscription products where the user pays on the website
• Proven track record of owning the result, systems thinking
• US-market experience; health/wellness a plus
• Ambitious to grow with the company

Format

Fully remote, independent contractor. Part-time to start, $2,000-3,750/month at ~20 hrs/week (equivalent to $5,500-7,500/month full-time), with the option to go full-time.
