💛** We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition** — a role for a performance-first growth leader who will take ownership of Appercut's entire performance marketing direction.

• Scaling paid UA
• Growth strategy
• Team development
• Direct impact on business results

🧩 Key responsibilities:

• Achieving UA business metrics
• Strategy and efficiency of channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
• Management and scaling of the UA team
• Building an operational model and performance standards
• Frameworks for testing creatives/funnels and scaling traffic
• Building from scratch a traffic acquisition automation system
• Deep analytics: from marketing metrics to unit economics and LTV
• Collaboration with creative and growth teams
• Market, competitor, and new growth points analysis

🔎 Who we are looking for:

• 5+ years in UA / Performance Marketing
• Budgets from $1.5 million/month
• Experience in managing and developing a UA team (hiring, processes, development)
• Building UA frameworks and operational processes
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads
• Experience in acquiring for web-funnels in subscription B2C digital products
• Data-driven approach and systematic thinking
