Producer

We’re looking for a Producer to support the successful delivery of AAA game development projects by driving coordination, communication, and execution across multidisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, enjoys solving problems proactively, and has a passion for helping teams work efficiently and collaboratively.
As a Producer, you’ll work closely with Craft Leads, Artists, Technical teams, and Senior Production staff to help manage priorities, balance workloads, track progress, and ensure milestone goals are delivered on time and at the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily with Craft Leads and developers to assign, track, and balance workloads across multiple disciplines.
- Support sprint planning, milestone tracking, and day-to-day production activities to help keep projects on schedule.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Producer and project stakeholders on team health, risks, blockers, and overall progress.
- Lead daily stand-ups and craft scrums, ensuring priorities are clear, action items are captured, and follow-ups are completed.
- Monitor task progress, effort remaining estimates, assignments, and due dates using tools such as Jira, JAAS, ShotGrid, Slack, and other production software.
- Anticipate production risks, identify workflow bottlenecks, and escalate issues early with proposed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Production, Technical Artists, Designers, and external partners to align on project goals and expectations.
- Help improve production pipelines, communication flows, and team processes to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
- Support resource planning, task estimation, scheduling, and coordination across distributed global teams.
- Foster a collaborative, organized, and supportive team environment that promotes accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional production experience in the video game industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile production workflows, sprint planning, task tracking, and milestone management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable approach to production work.
- Confidence in identifying issues early, escalating blockers appropriately, and driving follow-through to resolution.
- Ability to balance production goals, team capacity, and delivery timelines while maintaining a positive team dynamic.
- Experience working with Jira / JAAS, Confluence, ShotGrid, or similar production management tools.
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and workload management.
- Proficiency in English.
