🌀 Head of Accounting Department in a fast-growing tech company / multimedia equipment and electronics for major car manufacturers (Haval, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage a team (Chief Accountant, Deputy, Treasurer, potential growth to 7 people).
• Organize the full accounting cycle: from production operations and import to foreign economic activity (FEA), R&D, and complex long-term contracts.
• Develop the ERP system and implement Electronic Document Management (EDM).
• Support audit and tax inspections, interact with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
• Build an internal control system and minimize tax risks.

Requirements An experienced manager (from 5–6 years as Chief Accountant in a manufacturing company) who: — Feels confident in conditions of high uncertainty and constant changes (the organization is growing, the structure is changing); — Is not afraid of complex areas (currency control, R&D accounting, working with China); — Speaks English (Intermediate+); — Perceives the business as their personal area of responsibility and offers solutions, rather than documenting problems.

• Important: We are looking for a leader ready to build a system from scratch and work on a long-term basis. Hiring "with their own team" is not considered.
