WayRay — Head of Finance Worldwide

WayRay is looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to lead budgeting, financial modeling, treasury, and accounting across the company. This role will work closely with the Founder & CEO, shareholders, and investors, ensuring transparency, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing deep tech environment.

The position combines strategic finance and operational execution: from cash flow management and investor reporting to team leadership and process improvement. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in IFRS and Russian regulations, experience in startup or scale-up settings, and the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear business actions.
