Hey everyone!
We are looking for an Appointment Setter / Outreach Strategist for the XD Studios team.
The goal is to turn outreach responses into scheduled calls.
What you will do: — Adapt messages for specific companies; — Follow up; — Ensure decision-makers attend calls; — Monitor CRM statistics and improve performance metrics; — Analyze which message sequences work best.
You are not responsible for sales and closing deals. Your area is to ensure as many decision-makers as possible attend calls.
Format: — Remote; — Part-time; — Understanding of Web3 / B2B / Sales is preferred.
Compensation: — Fixed salary + percentage of signed deals (deals starting from $20,000); — Career growth within the team to higher positions.
In the future, there will be an opportunity to move to a higher position with good results.
We already have a signed project to start working on today. The goal is to bring in 20 calls per month. The team is fully staffed. We are ready to welcome you after successfully completing a test assignment.
