PepsiCo invites young specialists to the paid Ground Up Internship Program.
Ground Up is a year-long program for those who want to launch a career in FMCG.
It's a great chance to get a job in an area you're interested in within the corporation, but still feel the student spirit! For a whole year in a campus atmosphere, you will continue to learn your profession through real work tasks and become an expert. Here you will receive a salary and can even increase it after six months. Plus, you will meet top managers, defend a research project, and participate in an initiation ceremony (again).

Work for growth:
- Tasks that influence the promotion, supply chains, and production of beloved brands. You will become a true expert.
Credit System:
- Internal credits for achievements. You can compete with your peers, exchange credits for a cool event, or save them for merchandise – the choice is yours.
Your Development:
- The program consists of two parts: work in your primary focus area (major) and additional training (minor). You will not only become a specialist in your field but also gain a 360-degree view of the FMCG world.
Networking:
- Initiation, Equator, defense of research projects, and more. And everywhere you will be surrounded by motivated people: your mentor, curator, other interns. Because Ground Up is a community!
Salary, not a stipend:
- 123,100 rubles before tax (Moscow, regional salaries may differ) and the opportunity to increase it mid-program.
Lectures and Training:
- Just like at university. Except you can't miss classes, as lectures will be delivered by business leaders and top industry experts! You can also undergo corporate training in key skills.

What else awaits you in the program:
Training:
- At the start, you will have a 360 functional immersion (bootcamp). Before starting work, speakers from different departments will explain how everything works at PepsiCo, and you will quickly get into the business context. And immediately after training and meeting your mentor, the main event will take place – the Ground Up Initiation Ceremony!
Equator:
- Here, intermediate results of your work will be reviewed, and your salary can be reconsidered. And here, everything depends on you. Show great results – and your salary will increase! Then the team will gather and celebrate the mid-program milestone.
Graduation:
- Before graduation, your team will defend a research project, and then you will have a real graduation ceremony with motivational but not boring speeches from top managers, confetti, and caps. This will be remembered for a long time!

- Free time: 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency: depending on the direction
