A Head of Logistics Department is sought for the frozen pizza manufacturer Zotman Pizza.
Zotman Pizza is the most delicious pizza in Moscow. The company has its own production facility that produces pizza for its pizzeria chain and for chain stores. Partners include restaurants in Moscow and regions of Russia, as well as major chain stores.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing the full delivery cycle using hired transport, including route planning, monitoring the timely arrival of vehicles for loading, overseeing the transportation process, and final delivery of goods to recipients.
- Continuously analyzing existing routes and delivery methods to reduce unit costs; searching for and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency of logistics chains.
- Planning and controlling the budget execution of the transport department, monitoring market prices for transportation services to achieve the most favorable cooperation terms.
- Actively seeking and attracting new reliable carriers, developing partnerships with existing contractors, expanding the pool of transport companies through various tools (spot market, tender procedures, integration with aggregators and vehicle search services).
- Optimizing and automating operational processes, including implementing an automated system for vehicle planning and cost accounting.
- Developing and implementing a system of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transport logistics.
- Ensuring complete and correct document flow within the transport and technological process; participating in the reorganization of procedures and transition to electronic document management (EDO).
- Analyzing the quality of transportation and adherence to delivery deadlines, interacting with internal customers for seamless product supply.
- Assigning tasks and supervising the team (2 logisticians and 1 dispatcher), developing their professional skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in organizing deliveries to major federal grocery chains (X5, Magnit, Auchan, etc.).
- Proficient user of 1C, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), "Chestny Znak" system (acceptance/disposal of marked goods).
- Logistics experience of at least 3 years.
- Mandatory knowledge of the specifics of food product transportation, including frozen products (temperature regimes, document flow).
- Work experience in companies with an annual turnover of 1 billion rubles or more.
- Management of transport expenses budget of 100 million rubles/year or more.
