We are an international recruitment agency Headshot. We are looking for a talented and organized VIP Manager (iGaming) to join a dynamic team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with a large volume of information, and readiness for active interaction both within the company and with external partners.

📌Responsibilities: ▫️Maintain regular personal communication with VIP clients (email, messengers, calls), ensuring a high level of service; ▫️Monitor the activity of the VIP player portfolio, promptly identify a decrease in engagement, and develop measures to re-engage players; ▫️Develop, approve, and launch personalized offers — cashback, deposit bonuses, exclusive gifts, and event invitations; ▫️Analyze financial and gaming statistics of the portfolio (deposits, withdrawals, turnover, frequency of play) and adapt the interaction strategy; ▫️Quickly and without bureaucracy coordinate work with support, finance, and product departments to promptly resolve VIP client issues.

📌Our expectations: ▫️2+ years specifically in iGaming VIP management (managing a portfolio of high-value players; not just support); ▫️English language proficiency - C1; ▫️ Experience working with Tier-1 markets; ▫️Revenue orientation: ability to think in terms of LTV/ARPU/Retention, build personalized offers aligned with business goals; ▫️Analytical skills: segmentation, basic work with data and reports; confident command of CRM and BI tools; ▫️Communication and trust skills: proactivity, empathy, ability to build long-term relationships and manage expectations; ▫️Cross-functional skills: interaction with support, finance, and product to quickly resolve VIP cases; ▫️Readiness to work with Tier-1 time zones and in a dynamic environment (priorities change rapidly).

📌Will be a plus: 🔸Experience in VIP management in the USA/Canada specifically in the high-stakes segment; 🔸Knowledge of KYC/Payments/Responsible Gaming processes at the level of interaction with specialized teams; 🔸Skills in building personalized promo campaigns and VIP events; 🔸Proficiency with specific tools: Amplitude/Tableau/Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets (analytics), professional CRMs.
