We are looking for a Digital Product Owner for the "Deposits and Savings Accounts" product in our Wildberries Bank digital business team.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining the quality of the customer journey;
• Supporting the development team according to the established strategy of the department and the Bank;
• Initiating qualitative and quantitative research to find optimal product solutions with current customer demand;
• Defining the backlog of work within the supervised area, defining the boundaries of the MVP and the full version of the commercial product based on research, analytical data, and substantiated product hypotheses.

You are a good fit for us if:

• You have experience managing a development team;
• You have worked as a PO / PM / DPO in digital products for at least 2 years;
• You have experience with Deposit and Savings Account products (mandatory);
• You have experience with analytical tools (Data-driven approach to decision-making);
• You can manage stakeholder expectations (ability to say "no" to business customers with data-driven argumentation).
