We are a new player in the Russian market. We are building an e-com project from scratch. We will share details at the meeting.
This is not a "legacy system refactoring," but the creation of a modern in-house product incorporating best practices: a mobile core, focus on UX and the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Designing project systems;
- Gathering, analyzing, and formulating functional requirements for software;
- Developing and approving technical specifications and non-functional system requirements;
- Assessing and minimizing technical risks, including verifying completed solutions for compliance with system requirements;
- Designing and approving interfaces, data models for integration interactions;
- Managing requirements throughout all project lifecycle stages;
- Participating in task decomposition and handing over (assigning) tasks to development;
- Participating in the development of a cohesive system architecture (modules, interfaces, data flows);
- Preparing integration specifications (data formats, protocols, error handling);
- Maintaining documentation in an up-to-date state with versioning;
- Creating unified standards for describing requirements for the team;
- Proposing improvements justified by metrics (speed, SLA, TCO).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Analyst for 4+ years;
- Mobile app experience is a must-have;
- Experience with external integrations;
- Experience working with a development team;
- Experience as a System Analyst in product web development at a middle+ level;
- Experience in developing e-com products will be an advantage;
- Experience in gathering and describing requirements for software development and integration solutions (user story, use case, BPMN diagrams, functional requirements, ER diagrams);
- Independence, ability to structure information.
