We are looking for a specialist at the intersection of business analysis and risk technologies to help develop credit decision-making processes and eliminate process and technological gaps. The role involves deep immersion in credit strategies, interaction with business and technological teams, and participation in the transformation of credit risk processes.
✅ Responsibilities: • Analyze end-to-end credit risk processes (online and offline) • Identify bottlenecks, duplicate logic, and process gaps • Analyze decision-making strategies (rules, cut-off, segmentation) • Describe business processes, decision-making logic, and the operation of automated risk systems • Formalize requirements and document areas for improvement • Create tasks for process and strategy refinement in JIRA • Decompose changes into understandable tasks for implementation • Evaluate the impact of changes in collaboration with business and risk teams • Coordinate refinements with strategy owners and risk technologists • Participate in release planning and control the correct implementation of business logic • Analyze and structure incoming business initiatives
🥇 Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in a bank/fintech company • Understanding of the full credit process: application → decision → disbursement • Understanding of scoring models, decision-making strategies, cut-off, and segmentation • Knowledge of decision engine / rule-based systems is preferred • Ability to analyze complex processes and decompose them into components • Skill in identifying logical inconsistencies and hidden problems in processes • Experience in process description (BPMN, diagrams, structured descriptions) • Ability to formalize business logic and decision-making rules • Experience interacting with business, developers, and technology teams • Ability to ask the right questions and gather requirements effectively • Basic SQL skills • Experience participating in the automation of risk processes
