Responsibilities

• Ensure marketing content and project information remain accurate and well-organized.
• Manage content across the TradingView CMS, admin panels, and related web properties.
• Review and maintain product documentation, feature descriptions, and promotional assets.
• Maintain project trackers and release timelines to support marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, Product, and Design teams to keep information up to date.
• Prepare clear, visually engaging reports and project updates based on stakeholder input.
• Own the knowledge base, including presentations, workflows, and internal documentation.
• Improve team operations by optimizing processes and proposing workflow automations.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Advance proficiency in structuring information and creating reports in Google Workspace.
• Understanding of promotional assets across product launches and the marketing lifecycle.
