Head of Migration Support Department

Salary range: 1.800 - 2.300 euros Fully remote work Employment - service agreement

Visa la Vida is a company that assists clients in obtaining Spanish residency permits. We are looking for a Head - Chief Expert for the department. We need a practitioner with experience in independently preparing cases, a deep understanding of processes, and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.

Responsibilities: ▫️ Be the chief expert on migration cases; ▫️ Advise the team and handle complex cases; ▫️ Control the quality of document preparation; ▫️ Manage departmental processes and KPIs; ▫️ Distribute cases and build processes from scratch; ▫️ Develop regulations and a knowledge base; ▫️ Train the team and implement quality control; ▫️ Analyze errors, optimize and automate processes; ▫️ Prepare regular analytics.

Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience with various types of Spanish residency permits (especially Digital Nomad Visa); ▫️ Willingness to develop the product and train the team in new areas.

Requirements: ▫️ Experience in independently preparing documents for Spanish residency permits; ▫️ Team management experience of 2+ years; ▫️ Deep understanding of migration processes; ▫️ Experience in building and optimizing processes; ▫️ Ability to work with KPIs and analytics; ▫️ System thinking and independence.
