We are a product team developing fintech/crypto products for desktop and mobile platforms. We are building an AI-native workflow: design is created in conjunction with AI tools, and handoff to development is maximally automated. We are looking for a strong Senior Product UX/UI Designer who thinks like a product person, masters modern Figma tools, and knows how to integrate AI into every stage of work.
Responsibilities:
- Designing UX/UI for mobile fintech/crypto products: from user flows and prototypes to production-ready screens
- Developing and supporting a design system: design tokens (primitive/semantic/component), Figma Variables, Auto Layout, component architecture
- Preparing clean handoff for development via Figma Dev Mode, exporting tokens (JSON, Style Dictionary)
- Working in an AI-native workflow: using ChatGPT, Claude, and AI plugins to accelerate routine tasks and generate layouts
- Designing premium dark UI and banking/fintech aesthetics considering iOS guidelines, safe areas, touch targets, progressive disclosure
- Designing empty/error/loading states and complete user scenarios
- Collaborating with product managers and development, conducting workshops, and transferring expertise in AI design
Requirements:
- Middle+/Senior product design experience of 3+ years, preferably in fintech/banking/crypto/payments/e-commerce
- Expert knowledge of Figma: Auto Layout, constraints, Variables, Design Tokens, component-based approach
- Understanding of token architecture: primitive/semantic/component tokens, export to JSON/Style Dictionary
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering skills
- Strong visual taste, experience in premium dark UI and mobile/iOS design
- Product thinking: ability to connect design solutions with business metrics and user needs
- Will be a plus: experience with Claude Code/Cursor/Framer, basic understanding of front-end (CSS custom properties, Tailwind tokens, responsive layout)
