🔷Responsibilities: Development and customization of AI systems based on corporate text information (including model training/fine-tuning); Evaluation and optimization of AI solutions, machine learning models, and AI algorithms; Formation of technical specifications for the engineering team; Technical leadership from data analysis and processing to the implementation of the developed service in corporate solutions; Consulting developers and developing the engineering skills of the team.
🔷Required qualifications: 6+ years of experience in AI (LLM); Deep knowledge and practical experience in AI (IDP, ML, NLP, CV, GenAI); Ability to work both independently and in a team. Ability to act as a technical leader, coordinating work, as well as an individual contributor; Ability to independently understand the subject area of the task. To see the connection between the technical requirements and business needs; Experience in writing technical specifications, including a technical description of the implementation of the necessary functionality; Deep knowledge and practical experience as a Python developer (development, profiling, debugging, optimization).
