Astana Hub is looking for a System Analyst (AI Transformation)!

Important:

• Work from the Astana Hub office
• 5/2, 09:00–18:30

We are looking for a System/Business Analyst for the B2B direction of an AI product.

We launched a pilot almost 3 months ago – it already has 100K users. The product is now scaling, and we need a specialist to help build a professional system of B2B integrations and AI scenarios via API.

What you will be doing:

• analyzing business processes, systems, and partner needs;
• designing integrations: REST API, Webhooks, event-driven;
• describing AS-IS / TO-BE, BPMN and UML;
• forming functional and non-functional requirements;
• participating in technical negotiations with partners;
• identifying architectural risks and monitoring implementation;
• preparing technical documentation.

What is important:

• 2–3+ years of experience in system analysis in IT;
• experience with REST API, Use Cases, User Stories, UML/BPMN;
• understanding of LLM, AI agents, and RAG;
• confident SQL and understanding of client-server architecture;
• ability to find common ground with business, product, and development teams.

Why this is interesting: → a live AI product with real users; → B2B integrations are being created almost from scratch; → the opportunity to influence the product's architecture and approaches; → conditions are discussed individually.
