Strong Middle / Senior System / Business Analyst

What you will be doing:
- Working directly with the client and stakeholders: identifying needs, clarifying expectations, and agreeing on requirements.
- Analyzing AS-IS business processes and designing TO-BE, describing user scenarios and business rules.
- Translating methodological requirements into system logic.
- Preparing technical specifications, functional and non-functional requirements, and task descriptions for development.
- Elaborating integrations, interfaces, data structures, and exchange scenarios.
- Identifying contradictions and dependencies, assessing the impact of changes, and proposing solutions.
- Supporting development and testing, participating in acceptance of results.
- Maintaining project documentation in an up-to-date and understandable format for the team.
We value:
- Experience in system and business analysis on information system development projects.
- Experience working with requirements throughout the entire cycle - from collection to implementation.
- Ability to work with uncertainty, structure information, and justify decisions.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML.
- SQL skills and experience in describing data models.
- Experience in describing integrations and APIs, working with Postman.
- Understanding of software development and testing processes.
- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, YouTrack, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
Conditions:
- Permanent employment, registration according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- 5/2 schedule, from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00;
- Work in Astana: part of the time - in the office with the team, part - at the client's site on the left bank.
- It is important to be ready to work at both locations depending on the tasks.
