Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of photo and video creation for VK, Telegram, TikTok: from idea and script to shooting and editing, aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales conversion - mainly short vertical videos!
- Development of visual concepts and shooting scenarios, including preparation of storyboards, selection of locations, lighting, props, and models;
- Working with trends, searching for ideas and new content formats to increase audience engagement and organic subscriber growth;
- Maintaining a unified brand visual style and accuracy in all materials;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of created content by key metrics (CTR, CR, engagement, views, audience retention);
- Competitor monitoring;
Requirements:
- Work experience with content in positions of content creator, editor, reels maker from 1–2 years;
- Experience in personal development and creation of various content formats for social networks: infographics, photo and video content, text descriptions, etc.;
- Skills in independent content shooting and editing (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.);
- Knowledge and understanding of the algorithms of each social network;
- Experience with AI tools for content creation is welcomed;
- Visual literacy, sense of style, and ability to adapt trends to a specific brand and its target audience, considering positioning and TOV;
- Portfolio required.
Conditions:
