We are looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer at Soft Media Group.
We are a digital integrator, working on projects for large businesses and government, launching new directions and startups. Millions of people use our projects daily. We are actively growing and developing, using a modern tech stack and dislike bureaucracy :)
What you will be doing:
- Creating and improving website wireframes and prototypes;
- Processing and editing vector and raster graphics;
- Participating in the development of mobile applications and implementing cases;
- Working with UI-kits and design systems. Compiling UI-kits for handover to developers;
- Generating ideas and solutions with the team, optimizing user journeys;
- Interacting with internal users, stakeholders, developers, and designers to create holistic and consistent projects.
What is important to us:
- 2+ years of commercial experience and a good eye for design trends;
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
- A relevant portfolio; small graphic design works will be a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to receive and give constructive criticism;
- Maintaining composure when making significant edits to projects.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with vector illustrations, animation, and video editing will be a plus.
