We are looking for a BDM (GEO Manager) to join our team 🔹 Vacancy: BDM Geo Manager 🔹 Company: КА DevHunt 🔹 Format: hybrid or full remote (available for candidates outside the Russian Federation) 🔹 Salary range: $4,500 – $5,000 🔹 Product: IT projects, marketing and analytical tools

🟣 Responsibilities: 🔹 Define the GEO development vector and key performance indicators for the year with regular adjustments; 🔹 Analyze performance indicators and generate reports for teams and top management; 🔹 Supervise the work of the GEO group and plan local projects in the role of a project manager; 🔹 Analyze competitors and develop positioning strategies; 🔹 Interact with departments;

🟣 What we expect from the candidate: 🔹 Experience as a regional director, marketing director, or similar position for 3+ years; 🔹 Experience launching and developing online projects; 🔹 Understanding of business growth metrics and investment budget management; 🔹 Excellent knowledge of digital marketing (media buying, affiliate marketing, SEO, SMM, SERM, retention, etc.); 🔹 Skills in managing distributed teams and interacting with related departments; 🔹 Proficiency in English and Russian languages, strong presentation and argumentation skills.
