Looking for a Product Manager Assistant at TimeTick startup
Who are we?
Wellnuts is an American company with strong expertise in IoT, telematics, and working with big data. Based on this experience, we are developing TimeTick, a low-code platform for working with IoT devices and complex systems. We also have several projects in other fields.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop in product management and is ready to help the team with analytics, research, documentation, and daily product tasks.
This role is well-suited for someone who already has a small amount of relevant experience but wants to grow further in product.
What the work will involve:
- helping to collect and update product metrics: DAU, MAU, retention, conversions;
- preparing simple reports, tables, and dashboards together with the team;
- extracting data from analytical systems and working with it in spreadsheets;
- helping to track changes in key performance indicators;
- gathering information on competitors: screenshots, tables, notes on updates;
- assisting in preparing user interviews and analyzing feedback;
- collecting and structuring feedback from support, chats, social media, and reviews;
- formatting tasks in ClickUp / Asana according to a template;
- helping to update the knowledge base, feature descriptions, and internal product materials;
- recording agreements from meetings and ensuring important things are not lost;
- helping the team keep track of task statuses and deadlines;
- assisting with the preparation of release notes, changelogs, presentations, and comparison tables;
- joining other product and organizational tasks as needed.
What we expect from you:
- you have some experience in product / project / business analysis / marketing / support or another role that involved working with information, tasks, and communication;
- you are interested in developing in product management;
- you can work carefully with spreadsheets, texts, and tasks;
- you are attentive to details and like to organize information;
- you are not afraid to ask questions and clarify if something is unclear;
- you can gather information, structure it, and present it in a clear form;
= you have a basic understanding of product metrics, hypotheses, features, backlog;
- your English allows reading work materials and correspondence - C1 minimum;
- you can work responsibly and not get lost when there are several tasks.
Will be a plus:
- if you have already worked with ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools;
- if you have had experience with analytics, spreadsheets, or simple SQL queries;
- if you have participated in research, QA, support, or project coordination.
