Looking for a CMO / Head of Growth for an international wellness edtech company Remote, not from RF or RB
Goal: increase the advertising budget x10 per month and scale revenue exponentially. We are an international educational company (USA, UK, Europe), creating products for health, movement, and mental well-being. 300+ courses $1M+ advertising budget already in place x2–3 growth in the last year goal — top-5 global edtech in wellness
Responsibilities: • Manage a large budget (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) • Scale existing successful strategies and launch new ones • Be responsible for funnels: offers, landing pages, creatives, CRO • Lead a team (buyers, creatives, contractors) • Launch new product categories and manage P&L
Requirements: • Experience as CMO / Head of Growth / Performance Lead • Budgets from $10K/day • Direct funnels (purchase/subscription) • Verticals: edtech / wellness / subscriptions / e-com • Strong understanding of metrics: CAC, LTV, ROMI • Hands-on approach + AI utilization • English B2–C1
