VIP Account Manager (iGaming)
📍 Remote 🎰 Industry: iGaming / Casino / Sportsbook 💰 Salary: $2500–4500
We are looking for an experienced VIP Account Manager to work with high-value clients in iGaming. The key focus is on developing long-term relationships with VIP players, increasing retention, and growing LTV.
What's important: • Experience in a VIP / Retention role in iGaming (casino / sportsbook) • Must have experience working with the LATAM market • Spanish - C1+ (mandatory) • Strong communication skills and experience working with VIP clients • Ability to analyze player data and build personalized strategies • Willingness to work a flexible schedule / shifts / weekends
What needs to be done: • Build long-term relationships with VIP clients via chat / email / calls • Work on retention, reactivation, and churn reduction • Create personalized bonuses, offers, and promo campaigns • Analyze player behavior through CRM and internal analytics • Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Marketing, and Risk teams to improve client experience
