SAP Consultant (Ariba)

🔹 Project Description:

The project involves the implementation, configuration, integration, and subsequent support of complex solutions based on SAP Ariba in the areas of procurement processes and Source-to-Pay.

🔹 What needs to be done:

• Configuration, enhancement, and customization of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Work with the functionality of Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Commercial Automation, and Ariba Buying.
• Configuration of Approval Rules and workflows in SAP Ariba.
• Configuration of templates and dashboards in Ariba.
• Participation in the deployment and integration of complex end-to-end SAP Ariba solutions.
• Integration of Ariba with SAP S/4HANA via CIG.

🔹 What we expect from you:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba in the areas of: Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Commercial Automation, Ariba Buying (procurement), and CIG integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Mandatory Skills: Experience in configuration, enhancement, and customization of Ariba.
• Process Knowledge: Detailed understanding of Approval Rules and workflow configuration in Ariba.
• Expertise: Proficiency in configuring templates and dashboards in Ariba.
• Reporting: Experience in creating and modifying reports for both Ariba "Upstream" and "Downstream" processes.
• Data Loading: Experience working with Ariba data load files (e.g., bulk loading of supplier profiles, users, groups, etc.).
• Implementation: Skills in deploying and integrating complex end-to-end solutions.
• Support: Excellent experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Ariba and SAP ERP integration.
• Functionality: Possess deep knowledge of the product's functional capabilities. - English language proficiency - B2 and above

🔹 Experience Requirements:

Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Ariba. Specialization: Strong skills in either "Downstream" or "Upstream" modules (full S2P (Source-to-Pay) cycle is an advantage). Business Understanding: Deep understanding of business processes – ability to work at a functional lead level. Implementations: Participation in at least 2 large-scale turnkey SAP Ariba implementations. Background: Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or in SRM/MM modules. Technologies: Experience with both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA is desirable. Communication: Excellent communication skills with clients and business stakeholders. Work Conditions: Experience in a consulting company / environment.
